Halpern's School-year Guarantee

The Halpern’s Guarantee ensures that we will stand behind the quality of all our products. We offer a one-year guarantee on manufacturer's defects. If a customer feels the item has not met their expectations, we want to know about it. Customers can either visit any of our Local Showrooms or, place a call to our Customer Service Centre and they will discuss the details of the return options.

Halpern's Refund and Exchange Policy

Halpern's products can be returned with Proof of Purchase for a refund up to three months after purchase date. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged at your local Halpern's retail outlet. All items must be unaltered, unwashed, and in their original package. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept the return of unpackaged hosiery.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
