Return & Exchange Policy

Items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with original receipt.

  • Items purchased online or through our call centre can be returned to your school's Showroom or shipped back to us via mail. Shipping fees apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged, or the wrong item was sent.  (Items can be returned to any Showroom, however if you wish to purchase more items for your school please ensure you visit the specified location.)
  • Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within 7 days of purchase.
  • Price adjustments will not be made for clearance merchandise.
  • Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy and call 1-800-668-8261 with your original order number. We'll be happy to replace your order for you. You will not be charged shipping costs on the new order.

Sorry, but custom-made, clearance/final sale items, and hosiery cannot be returned. Items can be returned/exchanged at any one of our Showrooms. In order to return/exchange your item via mail, please call our Call Centre.
