Halpern's is particularly sensitive to those who may require special or custom uniform items due to: Size, Physical challenges. There are NO extra fees or service charges for these custom orders, and they are handled confidentially and professionally. Please visit your local Showroom for more details
Product Care
Most clothing options are machine washable. In order to help maximize the life of the product, washing instructions are outlined on the labels of all of our garments, and are displayed beside each item when ordering online.
Halpern’s School-year Guarantee:
The Halpern’s Guarantee ensures that we will stand behind the quality of all our products. We offer a one-year guarantee on manufacturer's defects. If a customer feels the item has not met their expectations, we want to know about it. Customers can either visit any of our Local Showrooms or, place a call to our Customer Service Centre and they will discuss the details of the return options.
Halpern's Refund and Exchange Policy:
Halpern’s Ltd. products can be returned with Proof of Purchase for a refund up to three months after purchase date. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged at your local Halpern’s retail outlet. All items must be unaltered, unwashed and in their original package. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept the return of unpackaged hosiery, and undedrgarments.
